Salmon Salad

2 c. cracked wheat

4 c. water

1 tsp. salt

Cook the above mixture for 30 minutes

over medium heat stirring frequently.

Then let wheat mixture cool.

 

Add:

1/2 c. mayo

1/4 c. chopped green pepper

1 tall can salmon or 16oz. jar

1/2 c. chopped green onion

1 1/4 c. chopped celery

mint leaves

 

Mix everything together and refrigerate

over night or at least 2 hours before

serving.
