1 gallon water

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of salt

2 # of halibut filets...cut into bite

size chunks


Bring the water to a boil and then add

in the sugar and salt. Drop the fish

which should be cut into bite size

chunks in the boiling water. When the

fish chunks float to the top they are

finished cooking...this usually only

takes 2-3 minutes. Dip the cooked

chunks in melted butter with lemon

juice. Very good!
