1/2 to 1 whole salmon fillet.
1/2 to 1 onion sliced into rings
Lemon Pepper to taste.
8-16 oz. bottle of Bernstein's Cheese
Fanstastico (fat free) salad dressing.
Marinate the salmon (after sprinkling
with lemon pepper) 2-24 hours after
covering the salmon with onion slices
and the salad dressing.
At this point you can either BBQ or
bake the salmon. Either way-wrap the
salmon in foil and bake on low heat at
325* or BBQ on low heat until done.
