Canned Salmon Supreme

1 tall can of salmon or a 16oz. jar of

canned salmon.

1/2 tsp. salt

Sprinkle of paprika

1 cup sour cream


Place salmon in a shallow baking pan,

season with salt & pepper. Pour sour

cream over fish and sprinkle with

paprika. Bake 30 minutes @ 425*
